Each Backplate option is sold as a single item. To make a set/pair, you will need to order one door handle on an internal backplate and one door handle on an external backplate. The external backplate does not have any visible screws, and the internal backplate has visible screws that bolt through your door into the back of the external backplate.
All handles are also available as a fixed, non-turning handle for situations where only a Pull Handle may be required. Fixed Handle Cams, Locks and Latches are sold separately.
